Compact unit designed for shredding and grating cheese and vegetables. The RQ-150 makes short work of all types of cheese both soft and hard. 3/4 HP motor drives a 6” blade at 485 rpm. Motor housing stainless steel, enamel finish aluminum hinged feed door. Unit comes standard with four blades, three shredding 1/8”, 3/16” and 5/16” and one hard grating blade. It also comes with a catch pan that easily fits under unit.
