OLIMPO | HARD CHEESE AND BREAD GRATER 1/2 HP – ETL
The cheese grater OLIMPO is a compact machine with high performance ideal for medium operations. It is designed for restaurants, delis and kiosks that want to grate hard cheese (Parmesan) or bread without waste. The powerful 1/2Hp motor allows an up to 120 lbs. output per hour. The aluminum body and grating opening allow for easy and fast cleaning.
Technical:
- The drum is made from stainless steel for longer lasting performance and always perfectly grated product output.
- 1/16” tooth for very finely grated product.
- The belt-driven motor easily processes the toughest products.
Safety:
- An interlock prevents the machine from starting when the feeder handle is not lowered enough and stops the machine when the lever is lifted.
